Intenet options
security
restricted sites

then add the web site address to the list of restricted sites

open windows explorer and go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc open the file called hosts with notepad and add a new line starting with 127.0.0.1 then a space then the address of the site without http:// then save the file. This will redirect any attempt to access the site.
