Well, the aquafer can be forgotten about, but the aquifer provides us with water to drink. I mean if you would like to go to either the Atlantic or the Gulf to take a sip, be my guest. Just remember, [ocean] salt water will make you sick. So, instead of getting the water you need to stay ALIVE, you would throw it up before you absorbed it.

Becuase it's the last source of clean drinking water in this state.
