i hope this is specific enough, i'm having trouble with this question, any help is very welcomed

generally speaking,

polar molecules will be soluble in water
nonpolar molecules will not be solubel in water

The classes of food which are soluble are ,proteins,carbohydrates and rouphages while those that are unsoluble are lipids.

Hydrophilic - loves water, soluble.
Hydrophobic - hates water, insoluble.
