Wanna join google as a manager what shl i do??

I am doing my Bba(compleated bachelors)+Mba from Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Our course is not recongnised by the government of India. Am really interested in working for google as a manager at their branch in India(i guess they follow same recruiting process). Please assist me in this regards.
