I'm assuming you're wanting to completely remove the painted surface, as opposed to wiping up spills.
Thick paint remover. Peel Away is an environmentally safer product. Put something down to protect your floors.

If the baseboards are NOT painted, try Goof Off. It works on anything, but smells for a bit, like lighter fluid.
If you have splattering, I use a credit card to scrape off dots of paint. They come right off!

You can use Goof Off or Goo Gone. They both will do the trick. They don't smell the best, but they sure do work good.

buy paint stripper and apply it to the painted areas lay them on news paper do it outside and always go buy the instructions

You can use a heat gun or a chemical stripper. The heat gun is faster but it can scorch the wood. The stripper is slower but the fumes can get to you.
