are you a mexican?If so he probably means that you are an immigrant that grew up in the United States.He's ignorant.Ignore people like this.

If you meant to write immigrant white. Means you came into this country or region of which you are not native to. And if that is what that other kid meant. Then that kid is a jerk. Because this country is made up of so many different people from different places.
