I've done both. I have a PhD from Berkeley & was once married to the perfect woman.
I'd happily give up the PhD to get the woman (or an equivalent substitute) back.

Honestly, the phrase "dream school" has never crossed my mind before. But seeing as how i'm not at all into "man/ladies," I'm going to have to go with phd. in whatever.
