Theres a list of the names in Alphabetical order for the next 5 years. Once the five years are over, they'll reuse the naems. If the strom causes a lot of damage or death, like Andrew and Katrina, the name gets retired and the replace the name with a new name starting with the same letters. If they run out of names for a year, they use the greek alphabet. http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutnames.shtml- this website has the list of names unitl 2011

Names are _not_ chosen at the National Hurricane Center. A sub-organization of the United Nations does that.
"They are now maintained and updated by an international committee of the World Meteorological Organization."

Whoever is currently banging the head of N.O.A.A or the national oceanic and atmospheric association. The guy likes banging hispanic girls so this is why there is always a lot of hispanic named storms like ernesto. You'll know if he ever starts banging a black girl because we'll see storms named Shaniqua, Beyonce, JayZ and 50 cent.
