I am really looking for exotic name suggestions, nothing too crazy like "Peechu" or something, but I don't want anything common like Ashley or Brittany.

Have you thought about some of the older names, a lot of them are very pretty. Here are a few Scottie, Jane, Audra, Francine, Cookie, Hannah, Sarah and Charline. There are many more names out there to choose from. Ask family members what their grand parents names were, I have a relative who's name was America. By the way congratulations on the baby.

I can suggest a few Israeli names, that sound nice, are easy enough to pronounce and spell and have a distinctive meaning:

Shira - poetry and also singing
Inbal - bell
Hadar - splendor (that is the name of my soon-to-be wife)
Yaffa - beautiful
Dikla - palm tree
Ayala - deer
Malka or Malki - queen

And if you are African, you might consider these Ethiopian names:

Amarech - beautiful (that's ch like in cheese)
Trunesh - good

Good luck and good health to all of you!

I like Karisma and Genesis.

I named my daughter Aiyana Quetzalli. Aiyana is Native and it mean eternal and Quetzalli is Nahuatl which mean beautiful. So together I like to think of it as Eternal Beauty.
