It still works fine for me. Did you change something recently? You may need to download the Flash plug-in again. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/plugins/
(btw, Flash is an Adobe product (formerly Macromedia), it was never owned by MS)

actually you have to download a plugin for mozilla ...
so open any page which contains flash..
there you will see..one popup link on top of your browser..saying
download plugin for flash
just click on it..
download it...n when next time you start your browser flash will be there..

i guess this is because macromedia is a microsoft product.
