Dry erase marker. Go over it with dry erase- for some reason it breaks down sharpies- never tried it on skin, but it can't hurt.

Time. It will take a long time. The ink has absorbed into the lower dermis of the skin. The only things that would remove it would cause more harm. I'm sure you're aware you should keep those out of your baby's reach from now on.

LOL! A pen fight!?!(never had one of those before) Anyway, to remove the pen mark use rubbing alcohol or an oxy pad. Hope this helps!
