Mine would be " Am I pregnant?" and it's always the same ultimate answer- "Go take a pregnancy test." Duh!!!

I agree with you Emerald the am I pregnant is in the top 5. The next one is how do i get a guy or girl to like me? Another one is do girls like Anal sex? What is your favorite song? How do i lose weight? I sure wish there was a web manual to divert these people to.
