You look naturally pretty; don't ruin your natural look with makeup. Use just a little to enhance your look, but not too much.
1- Use tinted moisturizer instead of foundation. "You Rebel" from benifit is just great. Apply it to the areas of the face that need evening: under eyes, corners of your nose, corners of your lips, and wherever you have a different tone of color on your skin.
2- For your cheeks and lips, use "benetint" from benifit. Dot the apples of your cheeks, and then blend in circular motion with your fingertips and along you cheekbones. Add a little to your lips as well, just a hint of color, not too much.
3- To enhance your natural glow, use luminizer. I prefer "illuminator" from pout in "love glow" color. You can also try "beamlight" from benefit, it's also good. Put only a little on your ring finger and blend. Start with the triangular area under your eyes and blend upward towards your temple, add a little to the sides of your forehead, a little on the middle of your upper lip to highlight, a little on the chin, and always tap with your fingertips until the skin absorb it and your skin looks even.
4- For your eyes, and with your natural skin color, creamy, shimmery, green shadow will look perfect. Try Clarins creamy shadow tubes, "Soft Cream Eye Color", in green. Apply directly from the tube to your lead with your fingertips then blend upward and outward. Just a hint of color, and a little glow, don’t use too much.
Then you can define your eyes with a black shadow using an eyeliner brush (the angled brush if you know what I mean). Don't use crayon or liquid eyeliner, a black shadow will do the trick; will define your eyes without being noticed. Try to be precise and use it very close to your upper lashes. Add only a one coat of mascara after wiping the brush with tissue to take off any excess.
5- Use a lip gloss on your lips in nude color. You already put some color with benetint, which will last the whole day, so you only need a lip gloss in natural color to have that juicy look (I prefer "Pout Plump" from pout in caramel).
DO NOT change shape of your eyebrows at all, DO NOT pluck a single hair. Firstly, they look perfect, and secondly, natural full eyebrows are in.
For your hair, you definitely need a new cut. Your current hair style does not complement your face shape.
If you try it my way, let me know what do you think and what other people think.

Oh, you look fine, you are sweet. Though many things should be changed on you...
1.You urgently need a better haircut, try one with bangs, ask a stylist, he will tell you more then I can now.
2.Don't wear earrings like those, it's not cool unless they come with a more funky outfit.
3.You must change your eyebrows, go to the spa, make them more delicate.
4.Your teeth is fine and you can wear pink or clear lip-gloss.
5.You can wear any color, with your eyes. But I think pink or natural would look best. Use black mascara!
6.Don't use blush, be natural!

I started to wear makeup in 6th grade. Here are some tips:
1. Get a mineral powder foundation. This should do the job.
http://www.neutrogena.com/CosmeticsDetails_341.asp?lProductLineID=4
And just sweep it on.
2. Get a good bronzer- Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse bronzer.
http://www.maybelline.com/products/productDetail.aspx?prodid=261
Put it on your cheeks, chin, and forehead (wherever the sun hits you naturally.
3. Get a pencil eyeliner. This one should do-

And pull down your lower eyelid and put some on there.
4. MASCARA! L'Oreal FeatherLash. It looks natural.

5. And then some lip gloss!!

ohh girl your already pretty!!!
but if u want to wear makeup, put some shiny light gold smear on your eyelids, and tiny bit of bronze blush, and light shiny pink lip gloss-not too light or too pink- and you are beautiful!
of course mascara is a must too if you wanna look super deliciously pretty! use an eyelash curler and mascara after you curl them :)

keeping a natural look will work for you.
Your morena and bright colors will only make your skin look darker. So you wanna look lighter by using light colors.
Wax your eyebrows. Give them a nice curve.

Natural is so much more appealing. You are still a young girl and using too much make-up at your age will only result in a bad skin.

You don't need makeup. Leave your skin natural. But if you really do, use light blue eyeshadow ( or green ) and light red lip gloss.

you're already naturally pretty & you really don't need to wear makeup. but if you must, keep it light. stay with neutrals and sheers. try Benefit's dandelion for a really sheer glow. if I were you though, i'd stay away from make-ups and chemicals for as long as possible. you have clear skin anyway.
