A friend of mine who lives in Corinth, Mississippi tells me that its so cold in the winter that you see dogs with one leg in the air stuck to a fire hydrant all the time. He also says that if you're walking around and all the sudden you get a brief whiff of something raunchy it's just a fart thawing out. Do you think he's telling the truth?

We only think it's cold here! It's nothing compared to the north! I live on the MS Gulf Coast...I've seen snow THREE times down here...in my life!

It can get pretty cold, below freezing temps in the daytime, but not for too many days usually. Compared to the north we have mild winters. Corinth is in the extreme north so it's colder than the central area where I live. Last time it snowed here was in 2000, just enough to cover the ground.

No. My best friend is from Mississippi and she didn't know what cold meant until she moved to Michigan.

the single in Arizona with the sliding rocks!! communicate about thrilling! that is south of Flagstaff in the wooded mountains. The water is crystal clean and frigid year round. Set your beverages in the water to get them chilly. lol
