Is it better to stand up or lay down your 360 or is this the reason or not? BTW, my 360 sits flat like a standard componant.

This is the only disc this has happened with...we have about 9 other games, no scratches....

Also, we just got this one in June, so it was not one of the original, initial 360s that came out in '05.

Does your 360 scratch all of your games? I heard of a lot of people getting their games scratched by moving the console from vertical to horizontal (or vice versa) while the game is spinning.

the 360 has defects
whenever you play the game it will scratch it and if you play it enough it will shatter or break the disk why didn't you give yours when they did a recall? no matter what position it will be in it will scratch it
