Not anymore. I have owned 3 houses, but lost 2 to divorce & one when I moved & the house had gone down in value due to the neighborhood changing. (I am a woman & was the breadwinner) I am currently renting a house because I am close to retirement & want to hit the road in an RV when I do, so I don't see the point at this time of my life.

I just had my first house built and moved in a little over a year ago and I have a killer mortgage payment to go with it. But I love my house!

i rent but wish i had my own home but than there mortgage to pay so i think its cheeper to rent than again all the rent were paying i could have a house
