What is required to gain 100% compleiton of san andreas, and what are all of the rewards?

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT GRAND THEFT AUTO IS THE ONLY VIDEO GAME SERIES THAT I WILL NOT USE CHEAT CODES IN.

Well. Im not sure if the Xbox and PS2 versions have different requirements. Pretty sure they don't. I got 100% on my Ps2 one. You need...
All main storyline/side mission done.
Buy all assets/safe houses.
Paint all 100 gang tags.
Collect all 50 horse shoes.
Collect all 50 Photo Ops
Collect all 50 oysters.
All asset missions (courier, ect)
All street races.
All vehicle missions. (Vigilante, Cabbie, Firefighter, Pimping, ect)
^Cabbie. Must complete 50 fares.
Well the 100% rewards are a Rhino under the bridge outside the initial save point and a Hydra on the roof near by. For the gang tags, horseshoes, and all the collecting ones you get other rewards. Most are weapon spawns.
