Only serious answers please. I have a bump but its harder on the top than the sides and its hard and rounded at the bottom (just above my pelvis - rounded away from my body that is not downwards). The reason I'm asking is because its all I can do until I get the results of my blood test back (which should be very soon). I'm trying not to get my hopes up but its not working very well, I have no idea how far gone I would be but I keep feeling fluttering sort of movements (not at all like gas)! Just wondering what a pregnancy bump is supposed to feel like.

I have explained on here before but I guess you guys didnt read it. I have been trying to get my doctors to do something to find out whats wrong with me for a month now, I havent realised anything was wrong sooner as I havent missed any periods (but they have gotten noticably shorter and lighter), At a guess I'd say I was around 16 weeks, maybe more. Past experience has shown that home tests (or any urine test for that matter) doesnt work with me, I dont know why but they dont. I have written to my fertility sprecialist ( I have had a lot of miscarriages) asking why that is.

Like i said I just wanted to know what the bump should feel like if it is pregnancy (although I dont know whether it is or not)
but I cant do anything else until I get the results off my doctors.

As I said I have been to my doctors... LOTS, they have been very reluctant to do anything. And no I cant change doctors before anyone suggests that!

Sorry if I'm ranting my my hormones are crazy right now!!!

I'm 29 weeks along, so my bump is more than a bump now, I guess. It's not as *round* as I thought it would feel. It's shaped like a giant amoeba? Tapered toward the middle and wider at the top and bottom. Hard all over, especially later in the day, for some reason. Feels like the top may be tipped over forwards, while the bottom hangs out closer to my pubic bone? I'm sure everyone's different, though.

Lots of good luck to you, hope you get the results you are hoping for!

I am 17 weeks and just now feeling the fluttering movements of my baby. I don't know how far along you would be but, I also didn't feel "a bump" until about in my 3rd month. The doctors told me that it seems like it takes the baby forever to move out of the area of the pubic bone to where it can be felt. If you are that worried go see a doctor cause they can do a internal exam and tell you then if you are or not. Cause everything looks and feels different when a women is pregnant. Good Luck

Honey if you are far enough along to have a bump, a home pregnancy test would be able to tell you if you are pregnant or not.

each and every so often my abdomen seems lopsided and im 23 weeks alongside. Its how the toddler is laying. he continues to be little at sixteen weeks yet adequate to pass around and be on one facet. you will see that as you bypass alongside the place the toddler would be with the aid of hardness or fullness of the tummy. some days your abdomen would be pushed out extra beneficial than others because of the fact they're surprising interior the middle and different days your left facet would be no longer trouble-free and extra finished on that facet. finally the entire abdomen will pass all around by itself while the toddler is going from facet to the different or flips. at the instant mine likes to be surprising on my bladder so I would desire to pee promptly out of no the place and its loopy. Im no longer finding forward to his feet being in my ribs in couple extra weeks. that may no longer relaxing.. I dont think of you have something to be disturbing approximately. Its all favourite and in case you have chose to have extra peace in simple terms ask your surgeon next time you spot them.

Um. Exactly how pregnant do you think you are? I think its way to soon to be feeling any bumps if you dont even know if youre pregnant yet.
