...for a vacation to Amsertdam? and would 2-3 weeks be plenty of time to FULLY...and I mean FULLY enjoy myself? I'm talking about Hotel (or hostel for that matter) and plane ticket included with the clubs and my sweet lil' mary to last the whole time there. How much would you think I should save up?

Hotels aren't very cheap in Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands, the same counts for eating out.
There are hostels in Amsterdam, but most of the time you've to share your room with others.
The average beer price is about 2 euros, wine 3, when being out. An average meal, like dinner would 15 and lunch between 7 and 10, but there are many options to small bite to, for up to 4 euro.
Flight costs depend on the season an availability, and where you're flying from of course.
Entrance fees vary from 3 euro to 30 ( for amusement park).

Depends what time of year and where you're coming from. Plane fares and hotel prices vary throughout the year.
Food, maybe $30 day, depending on the munchies factor.
Fully enjoying yourself--maybe $20 day; however, it depends on how you define fully.

buy your mary over there the place is loaded with it - you dont want to be stopped in by customs for bringing mary. In 2 - 3 weeks five thousand will be more than enough.
