Maybe because they are interest on what's on the other side of the pants.
Seriously I think it has something to do with the gender. Guys are more interested in a woman's butt because he like round shaped women, but I can't say what a woman is thinking, but I know that some are interested in a guy's butt.

Because men are visual and women are auditory. And no, that doesn't mean a woman wants to hear something come out of there. It just means men are more aroused by visual things...and a women is more aroused by auditory things.

Because they are disgusting. Hairy, nasty, all that. I'm not even talking about what comes out of them. Women's butt's, on the other hand are a work of art (Not all women's...but then again not all art is good either)
