Well.. it's hard. I've been through this when I was 15, and it really sucked!! I had my whole life where I lived, my friends and my family; and suddenly my mom decided to move to somewhere I never heard of, in the middle of nowhere. It was terrible at the beginning, but as time passed by, things became more interesting. I made some new friends, started a new life. All I was before moving stood in the past. I had a new chance to be someone. I wasn't known by my old nicknames; no one knew my past, so there was no pre judgement about me... I took this moving as a chance of changing myself, and it worthed while. I had the chance of attending to a better school, to get into a free university, and now I'm graduating with 21 yo, while my schoolmates of my homeland didn't even get into an university yet... In addition, I still have my best friends, because distance did not erase our relationship, and I often see them when I go to my homeland...
So, take this new place as a new chance for you to grow up as a better person. Try to take everything you can from this new place. If you can study, do; if you can do a new language course, do; if you can do any medical treatment, do... Taste every place, and every moment you can. As we say here in Brazil: "use and abuse"!
Good luck!

Moving at any age can be difficult.. Instead of being down about it try focusing on the positive, meeting new friends and change of environment. Before you move, if possible, get all the phone numbers of your current friends so you can call them when you get lonely... Keep your head up(:

I know moving can be hard. Dont worry though you will make new friends where you move to and just cause you move away from your friends/boyfriend doesnt mean you cant keep in touch you can call them or write and theres always email. Good Luck moving*

Just think of it as a new start. If you were not popular or didn't have a lot of friends this is your chance to start over. Wanna nickname? Give yourself one, no one at your new school will know if you've had it all your life or not.

Write down all of the positives and focus on them. If there is only one positive, then focus only on that and nothing negative.

just think of this as a new beginning for you and your family, tell yourself everything will be ok, and just think this means new friends to meet.
