they picked up a nice little garden apartment for a pittance
and would have kept it on a long term lease....but the owner was a real #@%#$^$ Jew and kicked them out over some stolen fruit salad

no. Their first place of being was Garden of Eden therefore their 'homeland' as such
and when they got kicked out they didn't deliberately go somewhere they were just wondering so they were migrants I suppose even they were the only ones, but not immigrants.
