Just curious, I know I never see a woman scratching at her crotch with gusto in public.

Yes, I saw a few women scratching their crotches in public, and adjusting the bra even more often.
Men do not do it all the time, you do not see it all the time. If a man do it all the time, then it must be a just bad habit or a medical problem. They do not get sweaty. They extremely rarely get itchy, but the same thing happens to the rest of the body parts. Men SOMETIMES do it to ADJUST them, because they move freely, they move allot, and they move inside the sac too you know, sometimes they get into an uncomfortable position, so they need just a little adjustment and because they are slippery they will do the rest of the adjustment themselves. There, all women now know WHY!

Formen who shave down there, it gets a little itchy now and then. I wouldn't do it i public though.....

honestly because they itch. balls hang and move arond and that creates an itch. so we scratch the itch.. i see girls adjusting their boobs all the time or picking their panties out of their butt. same thing.

i dont scratch it, majority of the times i just move it up so the massive curve dont show. (and i mean massive yea)
