I always told my hubby (who is a roxette fan) that I remembered seeing a Roxette video years ago where she walked along a staircase singing a ballad song, loved the song but couldn't attach song to video. Anyway after years of him telling me it was Almost Unreal and me saying, no it wasn't I'm sure. You Tube came to the rescue and it turned out to be my favourite roxette song, crash boom bang. Point of question now; Have YOU ever proved yourself right about something that others denied? Whole story please! I gave you mine, boring as it was!!!!!!!!!

nope but i got one in the works.
my friends gf has a lap top it got a worm. it infected all the security up dates and all the systom restore points and sp2. and a bunch of other stuf. i dident know how bad it was at the time but two and two came out to fore. and the program that got the worm or bug or what ever it was out of the pc took all the infected fiels with it. and it wouldent go on the net i spent hours trying to find out why. and i used my comp to to look on the net. and found winsock. sounded like the fix. i dont have a flopy or a burner so i was going to use my bros comp to get it and down load it. the next day. well she took it to a friend and thay fixid it. well the friend was her and her mother at work on the phone with a tek. and when i got on to see if thay did the net was back. so i ran windows up date and low and be hold ther wher 174 critical security up dates and it needed sp2. thats when i knew about them. i had to msconfig to do a slective start up to get the updates to dl and in stall. so when i got that i dl.ed windows defender nice program. and ther wher a lot of spywher and jacker programs. and thay got mad at me becouse the teck said that it was ok. well i was like no it wasent. and ther well he cant be wrong. so thay blamed me for all the problems. and i knew better. and when i asked what her friend did thets when i found out that it was her and her mom on the phone with a teck. and she told him that it wouldent boot or go on the net. so she lied to the guy and to me. so he had her do a systom restore. like i said all the restor points wher corupted. except for the one i created when i ran a chkdisk. witch took the coruted ones out of the list. and that was a bad restore point becouse it still had all the probs dont know what thay did to get back on the net. but she told my firend that that fixed it all and the teck said so. and how can a teck be wrong? well when he dosent know about the other problems. so after i got it all fixed and up on the router. thay wont go near it becouse thay dont want to get blamed for the problems that arnt ther.

Told my husband that I would coast down hills in the car with the clutch in to save petrol. He was adamant that I was talking out of my bum and that it made no difference. He is a car and industrial mechanic so I thought I must be going mad because I was certain I was right but because of his job I thought He may be right and I was just being thick!
Anyway, after a month or two of bringing this up every now and then and having huge rows about it I eventually broke down sobbing!
After about 15 mins a light bulb seemed to come on in his head and he said"Oh f*ck! I get what you mean now! Of course your right!"
He said it was just a case of when you know how to spell the word "the" but look at it and it suddenly doesn't look right?
Well I let him off. I was just so pleased I wasn't actually going bonkers!

Ya not as exciting but here goes: TI remember as a kid i used to get scared of my mother as she wud whack the f-u-c-k outta use if we were being bad....***Plz dont think my moms a monster***. So one day i told her that she once threatened me with a knife and she kept denying and last wkend i met my really old frnd who used to be my best frnd as a child...so i met her like after some 10-15 yrs and she remembered this incident..So i was so rite and this was not a figment of my imagination....he hahaha

my friend was telling me it was glenn close in death becomes her, and im ike no it was maryl streep. so i called like 5 different video stores at almost 12am, and 2 stores were open but only one had it. so theyre all in the bedroom listening in on the speaker phone as they tell me i was right. i won 50 bucks for that.

yeah one day a plane flew over head and it had a vapour trail, and one of my friends said "look at that concord" and i knew that concord didnt fly over where we lived and i said "thats not a concord" and he said "only concords leave trails like that" and i said "no they dont" so eventually about 5 days later i asked a teacher and he said it was "most likely a jumbo, and that most aircraft can leave them"
