Steelers 24-13. The Phins have no running game, no QB, & a weak defense. Batch is 2-0 as a Steeler starter, the Steeler "D" hasn't lost much if anything, & look for Batch to play pitch & catch all night with Heath Miller, Hines, & Wilson. If the Steelers can get Fast Willie loose, this could be a laugher.

OK so maybe Ward is out, we don't know yet, but that shouldn't hurt because Batch is the QB. Remember he has been practicing during the preseason with the 2nd string. He hasn't played as much with Ward. Yeah Ward is great WR but you have to factor who Batch is more used to. So it won't throw him off as much. Also with Ward not practicing much this preseason he might not be as good as he usually would be. So with Ward being questionable I am not putting as much into that as some of you would, I think you are looking very deep. Batch showed last year he could still play. Yeah he looked bad in his first game against Green Bay, but give the man a chance with how long it was between NFL games for him. Next remember who the last QB to lead the Lions to the playoffs was, yeah BATCH. If there are really questions it would be Culpepper. Chambers isn't Moss. So can Culpepper really play? I am a Steelers fan so I am going to be biased, but honestly by the notes it looks alot better for the Steelers then people want to give them credit for. Although that putting them down so much will give them an underdog role that they tend to thrive on. I think the Steelers win by a touchdown.

Dolphis 17 - Steelers 10. And take the under at 34 1/2!

The Steelers will squeek by because this is a home game, and the first coming off of their Super Bowl win, it's going to be an electric environment there (and i hate the Steelers), and Duante Culpepper is still a question mark. Pittsburgh gets it done 17-13.

I hate to say it but without Ben the Steelers are going down, not without a fight, but they still lose.
