Bush Co. has occupied the real estate with the oil and granted massive no-bid contracts to huge corporations with which many of this administration's personnel have close connections and no oversight or accountability on how the money is spent.
Where's Osama? As long as he is 'missing' we can continue to 'fight' this war on terror for years.
I'll give the edge to Halliburton.

neither, osama got uprooted and has to run for his life b/c of 9-11 and halliburton is benefitting from the iraq war not 9-11 per say.
