Hi Sunday. What a kind question for you to ask. Thank you so much. I believe that the most heartfelt need of any teen is to feel loved. He or she needs to know that they are being listened to, cared for, and respected. People say that teens are demanding and self-centered, but I believe they are only curious and vulnerable. One of the greatest gifts we can give to any young person is the gift of time. Teens measure us by our sincerity, not by our authority. I know that you are a good person who shares these thoughts with me. I hope we can both use them to help others feel proud of themselves and at peace within their spirits.

Me? Well, I want happiness, a meaningful life, and economic security. Oh, and coffee. But then again I'm not exactly average....
I notice in general, though, most teens want to be loved and to experience something. Because ambivalence is the worst.

They need somebody to talk to, to lean on, and who understands. THey also need a good darn spanking every once in a while, but they're cool. So enjoy your teens and try to give them your all.
