Carefully jump on the trampoline. I did that with my second child (my daughter). My son and I bounced on the tramp for a little while on a Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday, I was in labor. I too was not dilating, I was going to have to be started. Done that once, don't want to do it again (I was a week and a day late w/ my son). Natural was the better way to go. Don't do flips or anything like that and don't pee your pants. I didn't really jump, I mostly just let my son jump and I bounced, my feet never left the tramp. You don't want to hurt yourself or the baby.
Maybe it works maybe it doesn't. Other possible methods, sex, drive on a bumpy dirt road, take a walk, take a bath, or just be patient and wait. Drive an hour away from your hospital, I garauntee you'll gointo labor when you have to drive a while to get there. :):)
You've still got time, the baby will come when it's good and ready. It's sucks, I know, but before you know it that baby will be one year old, getting into everything and you'll ask yourself why you wanted to rush the moment. Enjoy, life goes too fast anyway.
Good luck!!

MAYBE, SOME PEPPER TEA WITH NO SUGAR.
I JUST HAD MY BABY 8 DAYS AGO I STARTED FEELING MILD CONTRACTIONS 2 DAYS B-4 MY DUE DATE I DRANK THE TEA NICE AND HOT AND NEXT THING I KNOW IM IN ACTIVE LABOR. THE TEA ALSO HELPED ME TO FEEL LESS PAIN. I HAD AN ALL NATURAL LABOR AND DELIVERY AND IT WAS MY FIRST BABY AND I HAD HARDLY ANY PAIN AND I DIDN'T EVEN CRY. ANY WAYS ALSO TRY A VERY HOT BATH SO YOU COULD DIALATE FASTER IT SOFTENS UP YOUR CERVIX. P.S. I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE.

I was told by my midwife to have a glass of wine--not the whole bottle, but a small glass. I went into labor two days after I had a glass of wine and danced at a wedding.
Good luck!

A nicely paced walk always does the trick for me :)
and yes, sex, orgasim will help too. Orgasim can trigger labor, by contracting the uterus.
I am a mom of 7 & one on the way

Pretty much any activity.
Walking is usually the safest. I've heard walking up and down steps.
If you get bored, maybe go to a mall or somewhere that you can walk around and see things lol
Just don't strain yourself.

Get on your hands and knees and make like you are washing the floor. Or--this is what I did--I went outside and started to pick up all the pine cones in the yard. we have lots in the fall. The washing the floor thing, tho, really works!! Good luck!!
