I'm looking for some sorts of programs that allow u to make free internet PC to phone calls in over the world. Does Skype do that? Or just PC to PC calls? Please help, thanks

You can use skype. You can call from you PC to any phone in the US for free. Just download it, nothing to pay.

u can do using the skype , but it is charged per call ... at first you have to have an account , only then u are allowed to make calls ...
