Dr Evil refers to him as a small miniature version of himself.

Hi Sheba,
"Mini Dr Evil"
could of been chosen, instead of
"Mini Me"
but "mini me" is cuter than "Dr Evil".
Rolls off the tongue better aswell.
dont you think ?
Your also suggesting within your question that, When Dr Evil calls Mini Me, Mini Me, it makes sence, but why do we call it him because, hes not a "mini us"
and your right strictly speaking, but its just a film, so the cute name will do :)
