Try your local school or university. They will have a lot of resources for letter writing or spelling or whatever you're asking for.

well, you've mad a good start

you have written a question that is nearly in the English language

The most correct form would be

"I need to write a letter in the English language"

or more commonly, "I need to write a letter in English"

a few more sentences and a little editing, add a dear somebody at the top and a sincerely somebody at the bottom and your there

good luck
