Possibly The Boy Least Likely To. They have songs like "I'm Glad I Hitched My Apple Wagon to Your Star" or "Fur Soft as Fur". Even when he's singing about keeping a gun under his pillow, it's in this bouncy upbeat way.

Or The Beach Boys were mostly cheery, just a few moments of melancholy. The lesson is, try to act happy all the time in music, have a breakdown in real life. Let happy bands beware! ;)

Hmm....you mean like what band gets along the best with eachother, or what band projects the happy bubbly kinda look to the outside? ...well if its the first one, then im not really sure..cuz im just a fan n i dont really know how well they get along with eachother but lol..im gonna go with "The Rolling Stones"...cuz they´ve been together a pretty long time, and im sure its not only for the money. And as for the seemingly happiest band...i´d say..."Busted" cuz i dunno, they are just always burstin with energy and they seem to absolutely be in love with what they do. :)

Two bands spring to mind, both of whom are the most underrated bands in the UK

And they are;
a) The Lightning Seeds
and
b) Spearmint [who are just like the Seeds except they come from London, not Liverpool]
