What I really do it's boring it don't pay good and they want you to be at best. It's not big postion but I have the power to make them lose projects. The President don't tell me goodmorning when he's in the country. I feel really bad I tell my mom I want to leave she's my best friend but she said no until I find better, my husband says it's ok. Then there a girl who's pregnant and she going to maternity leave soon and theres only one besides her and she'll needs someone to hold on for her. I have sent out my resumes and the ones I got through to I never went. Now that I really want to leave I'll feel real awful. I know it might be confusing but can someone give me good advice on what to do and no I don't need to see a strink or something.

I've been through this myself many times and know how you feel. You are tired of your job, but you know that people are counting on you and feel some loyalty toward them. You don't know what they will do without you. I have stayed in jobs way too long because of that. Right now, you need to take care of yourself for your own sanity and happiness. Next time you send out a resume, and get called for an interveiw, go to the interveiw. If you are asked why you are leaving your present job, it is always good to say, that not all of your skills and talents are being used at that job. It doesn't hurt to also mention that it is difficult for you to leave because of the loyalty you feel towards the other employees; this shows that you will stick around if you are hired at the new job.
I've found that my employers always managed to replace me eventually. The next person might not have been as good at the job as I was, but the company did not fall apart just because I left. The same will happen when you leave - somehow they will have to just manage without you! Find a job where you will be appreciated more. Good Luck!

If you already have a job it's near impossible to find another one...You are not properly motivated so you do it half heartedly.

In regards to the maternity leave, you have no one elses job to do but your own. If management complains about that ask them how they expect you to do the work of two for the pay of one. They need to hire a temp while the other gal is out or compensate you accordingly. It's only fair.

No one owes you a "Good morning" so don't worry about the dumb stuff. You are there for one reason, money. Don't lose sight of that. Its not high school where every one puts education behind trying to be cool or popular. Its the real world, and in the real world you are going to find a lot of *******.

Honestly, if you have the means (live at home) then quit. Do it right though. Give them two weeks and be polite as they will be listed on future applications/resumes...Even if you hate them, you gotta play the game.

Good luck.

You "gottsa do what you gotta do" but I have found it's best to have a certainty lined up before scraping the old one. Takes the pressure off.

I have a position for you that I'm sure would meet your needs. I'm talking about: $$$, freedom, challenge and a chance to help those in need of help.

I first need to know you are if you are honest and serious before I will provide anyone any details. A phone number is not mandatory but will speed up your starting date.

Awaiting your email - Larry

Start looking for another job, but don't quit this one until you have something else lined up. Don't worry about the company- they will be fine and besides if they would've treated you right they woudn't have lost you as an employee.

reality .. your boss doesn't give a crap about you .. you are just there to do the work he doesn't want to do .. you are nothing to them

send out your resume, go to head hunters, temp agencies, whatever it takes ..

life is too short to be miserable, find a job you enjoy and don't wait for your boss to love you and appreciate you, those kind of bosses are rare!

Good Luck to you!

become an entrepreneur! Do you want to lie on your deathbed saying I spent my whole life working to better someone else's life? Do everything for yourself. If not, you're just a drone working for someone else.
