can it mean that they are about to grow or are growing im sixteen so i know they're not done growing yet and all.you know how somtimes when women are pregnant they're stomachs itch because they're stomachs are streching and growing.

Pregnacy grows faster and fast stretching without elasicity adaptation...subcutaneous tissue get traumatised causing itching.... not likely mechanism for itching of breast..(DOES they are growing at so much faster rate????)
Skin disease??
If occuring 4-5 days before menses..it is called PMS
(pre menstrual symptoms)
Psychological...if desirous of being touched...(Really)

You may have dry skin. That is why pregant women always sratch their bellys. My older sister just had a baby and the doctor told her that is why she was itching.

Do you have dry skin? Seriously~ some people forget to mosturize them along with the rest of your body!
