without cracking the egg or the concrete floor?

Does it have to be a chicken egg? Guinea eggs have unbelievably hard shells. I've dropped one on the ground and it didn't break before, and we have hard adobe ground around here so maybe that might work?! Is this a school project or something? What are other stipulations? From what height are you dropping it?! Would love to brainstorm other ideas....

like have some cushioning around it?
fly it down with some kind of parachute?
build something up from the floor to break the fall?
crack it ahead of time and just drop the goo?

build it a carrior out of different things... we did that in our "gifted" class in my grade school. We used straws, tubberware, trashbags and balloons.. we were the cool kids, and i'm not saying sorry.
