This is tough....
Batman would have the advantage initially because he quickly assesses an opponent, and would realize that getting too close to wolverine would equal death. So if he can keep his distance he might be able to subdue the mutant. But up close and in your face, Wolverine would wreck Batman.
This is because Wolverine would not hesitate to kill if forced to. BAtman however DOES NOT KILL. (Comic book history proves this, the movies do not count.) So unless Batman Is willing to Burn, dismember or maim Wolverine, he loses.

I think it would be a great battle. I think the fact that Batman is a mortal makes him a weaker opponent against the likes of Wolverine. Batman has cool gadgets, is incredibly intelligent, and has a great knowledge of martial arts, but one quick slash to the face and he is done. Wolverine gets the nod.

Stalemate. No clear winner especially is The Dark knight has time to prepare. Wolverine even with his ferocity and healing factor is still like Batman just a man

wolverine has alot of power....but batman is a trained fighter.....
and is very much a thinking fighter where wolverine is just a fighter,batman might get some battle scars but he will find a weakness and win......

What a dumb question. Wolverine will rip Batman into pieces, literally. Adamantium claws and skeleton versus rubber suit. Tough call.
