I want to send 94 U.S. dollars to New Zealand in a money order.

Just send the $94 to NZ, they can cash the check at a bank and get the NZ money. There may be a charge at there end so it may be a good idea if you went to your local bank and told them what you want to do. That way you pay the penalty. I have cashed in NZ pounds at a bank in the states and I took a little lose. I was in NZ in the service so it has been awhile since I cashed in the money I had in pounds. When I was there a pound was worth $2.86 American. I was in Australia and Tazmania also, the pound varied from island to island. Anyway your bank is your best bet in know exactly what to do.
