I have a HP All-in-One printer. When I use the glass panel and try to make copies, my copies come out PERFECT.
But when I use the feeder and push in the original through the feeder, then my copy will have several Solid black lines. I called HP and they told me to clean the rollers, replace cartridge, etc. None of these worked. Can you help me.

If it's still under warranty, have it exchanged for a new one, after you have tried your best to clean it.

Oh, and ignore the comment that suggested buying a new toner cartridge. Your printer doesn't use toner cartridges, it uses ink cartridges.

I have this problem happen to me at work all the time. I use windex to go over the rollers and any parts I can clean. Also canned air is very helpful getting into tight spots. If you do it a couple of times, it should come clean cause the smallest piece of lint or dirt is probably making the black lines. Hope this works for you!

What you need is a new toner cartridge for the HP 7410 All-In-One Printer. Go to Staples and see if they have one.
