My guess is that they're likely waiting to hear from Fox regarding whether that game will be chosen for Saturday afternoon baseball. For the last two weeks of September, Fox is allowed to cherry-pick which games they want to broadcast, as long as they give a week's notice before the game date. If it's chosen, then you'd be looking at a 1:10 ET start. If not, then it could still be afternoon, but maybe moved to a later time so as not to conflict with the nationally televised games.
If you look at a typical Saturday schedule, you'll notice that only the Fox games tend to start at 1 p.m., with nobody else rolling until after 4 p.m. If the Sept. 30th game doesn't end up on Fox, then you're likely looking at a post-4 p.m. start time.

usually the schedule will say To be Decided because there was a prior date where those teams were supposed to play, but the game was rained out. In this case, i am not positive if the blue jays and yankees had a rain out.. but im assuming the game will be no later than 1:20 pm.. and if there was a rainout, the games will be at 1pm and 8pm.

TBD = To Be Determined.
They should announce the game's starting time some time before the game starts (if they want to have a crowd that is).
