i actually know this one. what you gotta do is basically connect up your sky box output, to the video recorder input, then you gotta take the video recorder output and put it in the back of the tv. i hope you are using scart for this. i foyu are then turn on your sky box, and then simply press the button labled 'AV' or AV1 on the remote. keep pressing av or differnet numbered av buttons untill you find your sky. if you are using and aerial connection to connect the video to the tv then you need to turn on the sky box and tune like a normal channel. hope this helps.

I have the Toshiba 32WLT66 - exactly the same tv as yours but just a little smaller.

You need to explain yourself a little better so that I/we can help. Tell me what your video is plugged into and what sky is plugged into please.

Your sky box *should* be plugged directly into your video player if you are recording from sky...usually there are two scart outputs on the back of the sky box, one for the tv and one for your video.

Either connect your sky box to your video and then to your television or connect your skybox to your television and loop it to your vidoe and then back to your television. It all depends on what cables you are using and howmany tuner ports you have available, but normally the simplestway works. Hook it in series.

If its like my Tosh TV - you have to set the video out option to display DTV, not ATV, you should get your DTV channels output to Video then... (Connect your Vid on AV2)

you need to select DTV from your menu - you may need to subscribe before getting SKY

you have to connect via scart lead,
and change tv channel to av.
to record through vcr use a second scart lead then change channel on your vcr to av1 or 2 depending on which slot you use.
good luck

Consult the manual or phone the helpline, surely that would be safer than asking wannabe mechanics on here!

Get a more intelligent life form to do it. An amoeba would be a good start.
