I have a group of guys, inputting data on an excel file and these are not all computer friendly. I am afraid that if I do not include an autosave, information can be lost if someone does not save his work.

If those answers not good enough for you we can do a macro for that.

Just add these lines to the "ThisWorkbook" object

Private Sub Workbook_SheetCalculate(ByVal Sh As Object)
ThisWorkbook.Save
End Sub

from the menu tools, options, save there is a check box that must be marked and it will auto save every ten minutes by default. more or less if you change the time.

in the menu bar, go to tools, options and click on the 'save' tab and then select, save AutoRecover info every and you can click on the tab to select the time interval that you wish to use... e.g. 5, 10, 20 minutes.

Tools->Options->Save

Check the Save... box and enter the number of minutes and then enter the save location.
