Poor pay in comparison to the living costs of the UK. Long working hours and lack of holidays means that people don't get the time they need/ want/ deserve to spend with their partners and their children. Discrimination due to people being dead set on having a certain number and level of qualification - rather than commonsense and ability. Horrendous traffic at rush hour times, fuel costs.

When employers lie to you at interview, when they say there are opportunities for you to progress and you will not be doing the same thing this time next year - next year comes and you haven't even had a pay review.
That usually makes me leave.

Well, I left to work in Spain and am now in Chile. I think some other countries are better for family life (days out and non chav culture, schools for kids). Also practicing another language is quite fun.

Bordom. Lack of opportunities to progress within that organisation. BETTER pay and conditions are available somewhere else.

Maybe it's discrimination or the weather in the summer. Or maybe they want to finish college and learn new things.
