almost a year ago, the anniversary is Monday, Sept. 11th oddly enough, I lost a very dear friend of mine, he passed away while I was away for the hurricane. Well lately I have been feeling horrible, and having the shakes, and just having this wierd nervous feeling. I have dealt with his death I think, I do think about him still and talk to him, but could something be going on with my sub-concious because the anniversary is coming up?? I feel fine mentally just physiccal, feels like something is iffy. Just wondering if anyone else thats been through a loss has had this.

I think you answered your own question. However, it may help to see a counselor to help you understand the grieving process and what is going on with you.

I was widowed Oct. 9, 2004. I miss my husband TERRIBLY!!! But I know he is in a MUCH better place. There is also a place in my heart for him to visit any time he wants to.

You are experiencing loss still. If you can find a Church of Scientology near you, or someone who is a Scientologist you can ask for a "Loss of a person" assist. This is free and will help you tremendously.

I don't get all sensitive about dates. Do you realize that everyday, 10,000 people die somewhere in this world? Therefore, every single day is supposedly a day where something bad happened.

I always smile and even laugh when I look at it that way.

Cheer up!
