ME ME ME ME ME ME, I DO, I DO, I DO!!! Then four of five years passed and I forgot about all the bad things and got involved in a 'serious' relationship again UGH! Biggest mistake I ever made and I wish I hadn't. I can't believe all the things I just forgot about, all the feelings and how I am happier by myself and its just not worth it. I also forgot about their chameleon like ability to be the kindest, sweetest, most unselfish, deep, talking, able to communicate guy UNTIL they get you hooked, then they turn in to something else, something less than human...its all just a game. Before I fully remembered it all I got myself really stuck...now here I am trying to find an opportunity to get myself unstuck. Somebody should have smacked me for even thinking about it LOL! Honestly, I believe that all most of them are good for is a penis and lets face it, they are everywhere and aren't exactly hard to get LOL! Besides that all a girl really needs is a good vibrator! I was much happier with just a f*ck buddy or two but otherwise my life was MINE and I had sooooo much fun!

I got a divorce after 17 yrs. It is harder financially but sooooo much better. I have myself back. I am my own person agian. I would not go back for all of the money in the world. Every month that I have to struggle to meet my mortgage payment is a blessing to me because I am doing it for my girls and myself, no one else.

My life is INFINITELY better since my divorce. Of course, there was a transition period that was equally horrid, but now I am married to a new man who is truly wonderful. The single period was good for me too, to get to know myself and challenge myself again as a single mom. I had a good support system to help me through which also helped a lot.

Me!!!
Financailly it has been harder and I knew that was going to happen, especailly since I get no help from the loser I chose to have children with. But I have found myself whom I had lost all those years ago it has been a long trying journey for me and my children I am independant I am strong I have found a man who loves me and appreciates all that I do and I appreciate all he does he tells me i am beautiful and that he loves me everyday (3-6) times a day most of the time. I am teaching my girls they do not to be in an abusive relationship to feel loved and wanted and it is ok to make mistakes as long as you own up to them and try to correct them. So I will say yes it got harder in some aspects and alot easier in other aspects the ones that count!!!
lol

when I was with my husband.. I have to admit I was happy.. and I would still want what I had... but now that I don't have it.. I must say things are easier... in the sense that I don't cook and clean for the family, in laws, cousins etc... but on the other hand.. all the money I had .. I've invested in our house.. therefore.. I'm struggling financially.. so no.. i can't say I'm happier now than when I was with my husband...

Mine did! I don't have to worry about "who" I am coming home to after a long day at work and only have to answer to myself! Blessed freedom!
