i need help because she keeps on hitting my 2 year old sister becasuse she cant hurt me and she is the same age as me only six months older she is 13 any body got any ideas how to hurt her so she wont hurt me or my sister

Who are you talking about, a neighbour, who, you need to tell someone, and get some help, as no one should hurt your little sister, or you.

First of all, you need to tell us what relation is this other person to you or your family and her physical size. If a cousin, let your parents and her parents know she's hitting a two year old. If a friend, tell your parents and tell her she's not welcome in your home anymore. If a child of your parents friend then tell your parents together with her parents and let them take care of it.

For the safety of your sister (who cannot defend herself),you must tell a responsible adult - maybe a teacher.
