I can't wait to see it! It was a blast watching the Brazilian one that had contestants divided by sex, and I wish that could have lasted to the end of the contest, so we could have seen who won.

This is going to be fun to watch, as all the "survivors" have been. I just wish (as they did in the first few seasons) they would show us more of the wildlife around the camps and the animals, insects, fish, turtles, etc, in that habitat. It's a blast seeing these critters, not just the American contestants. I think the next fun thing will be to have contestants from different countries, all speaking different languages, having to learn as they "survived" to communicate.
But most of all, I want to see the wildlife, as well.

I have never seen Survivor before. But I will tape this one and watch them just before the finale.
It has the potential to be divisive and set back relations. Someone will us it as an excuse to attempt to.
The producers and the network may not allow anything through that is too inflaming.
Let us hope it shows that there are upsides. Carlos Mencia has made it acceptable to acknowledge that there are differences and that there is no real drawback to that.
I personally am concerned that we may lose the diversity that has given us so much. Let's high-five each other as we eat our pizza while watching soccer on our import television.

YES./ Im gonna be honest, everyone screaming racism is going to watch JUST For the fact that everyone wants to see if the stereotypes are true or false for each race.

So I say to all saying its racists, get over it. people have been wanting this for a long time and cbs and mark burnette have the balls to do it. Wimps like Gm and other companies will wuss out and pull ads claiming its not because of the shows topic

I was not so familiar with "Survivor," but I've looked it up now by your posted internet site and some others... I think that the division will perpetuate racial divisions. Perhaps viewers will think that if the people are divided by race on television that it is appropriate to do so in reality when it is in fact not.

Something nice about this television show is that it will be necessary to include people of various races, but then it's not so good to divide them.

Well, they have done everything else, theres no reason not to do a show this way.....I think it will be really interesting, besides, I love Survivor anyway. Cant be considered discriminating after all, because they have divided by sexes, age and now this....Should be really interesting this year. Looking forward to it.

No. I think the show is boring. It's a soap opera without a script, nothing more.

The producers set it up so that there is are inherent conflicts that pit one group or one person against another, and sit back and watch. It plays out like a middle school dating scene. Feh... I'd rather go rake my yard.

Sadly, I think its a sign that Survivor has jumped the shark. I'll tune in once or twice though, just for kicks.

It could be. But last time, they were in four tribes and it was only that way for a week before they split off into two. I hope they keep it separate for longer this time.

I am sure it will be interesting. I will be watching and I have not watched in a couple of years. So all the race hype must be working

Honestly, how different is it than real life? Everyone separates themselves and thinks that their race is better than everyone's elses. I just think that it will be interesting to see what stunts and such will take place.
