In some ways, the Republicans will be a lot more comfortable being in the opposition. Having control of the Presidency, both houses of Congress, and with seven Republicans on the Supreme Court, makes it a lot more difficult for the Republicans to find someone to blame for the way things are going. The Republicans also like to hate the government, which is difficult when they ARE the government. So if the Democrats take control of even one house of Congress, the Republicans can blame everything on the Democrats once again.

The better question is
"What kind of temper tantrum will the Democrats have after they Loose the 2006 midterms?"

Remember the Democrats were supposed to win everythng in 2004 and that didn't happen. All the talking heads said so, "Democrats will win back the White House."

I have a few links of such things with people claiming that Kerry will win in 2004. Even had the exit polls stating that Kerry won, when you looked at the data they polled woman more than men, and minorities more so than any other. Skewing the results, I am not saying the Democrats can not win a majority. I just get sick of hearing about how they are going to win for the last 2 months of an election and when it doesn't happen we get the conspriacies of how the election was stolen, all because they were told they were going to walk away with it. Enough already, lets do the voting and then find out who won.

OH, I would say about the same as the democrates for the last 8 years- but they probably will not loss - have you not noticed that no matter which party wins the other needs to scream and yell - They should work harder at getting things done for the country and the people - They seem to be much more worried about Dem's or Republicans that anything else.

If they loose they will not have a temper tantrum like the Democrats did, with their whining about how the election was rigged, all the counting of chads in florida and how Bush stoled the election, Daaaaaaaaaaaam talk about whinny as*es. And they are still crying about it, all they can do is call names and run down Bush and the Administration. Stupid liberal asswipes. The liberals have stolen the democratic party.

They should take a page out of the Official DNC/Liberal Handbook and protest every result in the courts, claim massive fraud, protest in the streets, and call on the American people to strike/boycott/walk out/shut down businesses, hold their breath, riot, and in general make a huge scene until they get their way.
Basically, a carbon copy of what the Dems did in 2000 & 2004.
Losers!

All hell would break loose, they would blame Bill Clinton. Think of a petulant child who throws a fit at the grocery store because he didn't get a candy bar and you'll start to get the idea.
