Recognizing Heat Rash

Heat rash looks like a red cluster of pimples or small blisters. It is more likely to occur on the neck and upper chest, in the groin, under the breasts, and in elbow creases.

What to Do

The best treatment for heat rash is to provide a cooler, less humid environment. Keep the affected area dry. Dusting powder may be used to increase comfort, but avoid using ointments or creams-they keep the skin warm and moist and may make the condition worse.

Treating heat rash is simple and usually does not require medical assistance. Other heat-related problems can be much more severe.

I would suggest you pay attention to the recent warnings from the health agencies. Skin cancer due to over exposure to the sun is reaching pandemic proportions and no one knows about it because the News Media just are not doing their jobs.

ALWAYS Use Sunblock with SPF 15 or better (more is better) even when taking walks in the sun.

Any strange appearing marks on your skin should be seen by a doctor. Of course naturally Sunburn is common and treatable at home. If its not better in a week you best be making an appointment to see your doctor.

Yes, the sun causes your skin to first be dry and then be too oily (your face is trying to heal itself). I suggest that you do NOT put any zip stuff on your face They all contain Benzol peroxide of some kind which makes your skin dry out more and that will only cause worse things to happen. Don't pick at your face because it will cause it to peel.
Here is what you should do, put some Aloe Vera Gel on it or use the actual plant. It will make your face slimey but it won't cause you break out to get any worse and it won't cause you to look like your face is peeling off later. In fact if you put it on in the morning and before you go to bed you most likely won't peel at all. The stuff works miracles!

You have second degree burns, blisters, actually.

Being of very fair skin, I have had the same thing happen to me on my shouldrers. Be very careful not to pop the blisters. Use a aloe- based lotion, and hydrate yourself.

That, and stay out of the sun for the next week, even with sunscreen. You damaged your tender skin. Repeated exposure will lead to premature wrinkles, or skin cancer (especially the tip of your nose).

Could be heat rash. Put calomile lotion on it and try putting sun block on next time.

Sounds like sun poisoning. I had it so bad once on my back that the skin was swollen!
