attach the circuits i need to get the volt for a pulse generator in the ambulance car from its battery

Sounds like you need a power inverter that has 240V (nominal) output. This is a bit unusual, so you should expect to pay more. Do a Google search on 240V power inverters and that should give you more information.

well if its AC current, buy a power inverter and hard wire it to the battery. If its DC current, all you have to do is buy 21 car batteries and wire them end to end, positive to negative, to get 252 volts. Good luck!!!
