Yes , it is young to be getting them..but are you sure thats what your having ? have you seen a Doctor yet ? they will do blood test to see if your going through premature menopause or not .
in your later 30's your period and body starts to go through alot of changes..sometimes what you might think is hot flashes or night sweats..
I would get blood test done to see if that is the problem or maybe just a change in the body.

No. My step mom got Peri menopause very young just like you. Her doctor wasn't much help but that was 10 years ago. There are lots of things to ease the suffering today.

It is not abnormal. The time comes different for every woman. You may want to do some internet research. There are diet adjustments you can make that will help some and you may want to try a product like Estroven.

No it's not because all of our bodies are different.
Stress levels, abuse to our bodies, what we eat ect.
